This website, digitalkeysbox.com, is operated by DigitalKeysBox (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the site and any purchase you make through it.

By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after we do means you accept the updated version.

1. Who May Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are, and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

2. What We Sell

We sell software product keys and related digital goods. We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of Microsoft Corporation or any other software publisher whose products we sell.

Your use of the software itself is governed by the licence agreement of the software publisher, not by us. We supply the key and the download instructions. We do not modify, sublicense or extend the publisher’s licence terms, and we cannot grant you rights the publisher does not grant.

Product descriptions on this site are provided in good faith and are subject to change. Before ordering, please check that the edition, version and platform you are buying match the system you intend to use it on. If you are unsure, email us before you buy and we will confirm.

3. Product Keys

Because a product key is a piece of information rather than a physical item, a few specific rules apply to it:

• A key is valid for activation on the number of devices stated on the product page for your order, and no more.
• Once a key has been used to activate the software, it is generally bound to that installation and cannot be recovered, moved or refunded. Please see our Delivery and Refund Policy for exactly what this means for returns.
• Do not publish your key, post it on a public website or forum, or share it openly. A key that has been made public may be blocked by the publisher, and we cannot replace a key blocked for that reason.
• If your key does not activate, contact us before taking any other step. Most activation failures are caused by a conflicting existing installation or a mismatched edition, and we resolve them quickly. If we cannot, you receive a replacement key or a refund.

Our support covers delivery, installation and activation of what you bought from us. It does not extend to general training in how to use the software, or to problems caused by your operating system, hardware or other software.

4. Orders, Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Prices, product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice, and a change does not affect orders already placed and paid for.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we deliver your key. We may decline or cancel an order, including after payment, if we suspect fraud, if the product is unavailable, or if a price or description was published in error. Where we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Payment is handled by third-party payment providers, including PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card details. Depending on your payment method, your statement may show the name of the payment account used to process your order rather than DigitalKeysBox. If a charge on your statement is unclear, contact us and we will confirm it.

5. Promotional Codes

• A promotional code applies only to the products it was issued for, and only while it is active.
• Only one code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or credit.
• A code must be entered at checkout. We cannot apply a code to an order after it has been placed, and we cannot apply a code retroactively to an earlier purchase.
• We may withdraw, change or limit any code at any time, including limiting the number of times it can be used in total or per customer.
• If a code is obtained or used in a way it was not intended for, we may cancel the affected order and refund it.

6. Delivery

All products are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. Nothing is shipped physically. Delivery is normally within minutes of payment clearing, and in rare cases can take up to an hour. It is your responsibility to give us a working email address and to check your spam folder. If your key has not arrived, email us and we will resend it.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Delivery and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: unused keys are refundable within 30 days, keys that will not activate are replaced or refunded, and keys that have been successfully activated cannot be refunded. If you have a problem with an order, contacting us directly is almost always faster than a formal dispute, and we will refund you if we cannot fix the issue.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site or anything you buy from it:

• For any unlawful purpose, or to encourage anyone else to break the law
• To infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights
• To harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against any person
• To submit false, stolen or misleading payment or identity information
• To upload or transmit malware or any other harmful code
• To scrape, spider, crawl or harvest data from the site, or to collect other users’ information
• To interfere with or attempt to bypass the security of the site

We may refuse service, cancel orders or block access if these rules are broken.

9. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The layout, text, graphics and original content of this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

All third-party product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners. Microsoft, Office and Windows are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. We use these names only to identify the products we sell, which is a descriptive use, and this does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their owners.

10. Third-Party Websites and Tools

This site links to websites we do not control, including software publisher download pages and our payment provider. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or anything you buy from them. Any third-party tool made available through this site is provided as is, without warranty, and you use it at your own risk. Complaints about a third party’s product should go to that third party.

11. Reviews, Feedback and Submissions

If you send us a review, suggestion, idea or other material, you agree that we may use, edit, publish and distribute it without payment or obligation to you, and without any duty to keep it confidential or to respond.

You are responsible for what you send. It must be yours to send, it must not infringe anyone’s rights, and it must not be unlawful, defamatory or obscene. We may remove anything we consider inappropriate, but we are not obliged to monitor submissions.

12. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, and we may suspend or withdraw it at any time.

Except where these Terms or our Delivery and Refund Policy say otherwise, and except for rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded, the site and everything supplied through it are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalKeysBox and its owners, employees, contractors and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or replacement costs, arising from your use of the site or of any product bought through it.

In every case, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. Where that applies to you, our liability is limited to the maximum extent that law permits.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigitalKeysBox and its owners, employees and contractors against any claim, liability or reasonable legal cost brought by a third party arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the site. You may stop at any time by ceasing to use it. We may end your access without notice if you breach these Terms. Any obligation either of us has already incurred, including payment for orders already placed, survives termination.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we both consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email us at support@digitalkeysbox.com describing the problem and what you want done about it. We will respond within 15 business days and try to resolve it directly. In practice, almost everything gets settled at this stage.

Nothing in this section prevents either of us from bringing a claim in small claims court, or prevents you from exercising any right under the consumer protection law of your own state or country that cannot be waived by agreement.

17. Errors and Omissions

Content on this site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We may correct any of these and may cancel an affected order, including after it has been placed, refunding you in full. We are not obliged to keep every piece of information on the site up to date except where the law requires it.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Delivery and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this site, and replace any earlier understanding.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, for example if the business is sold. You may not assign yours without our written consent.
