Before you write, two quick checks
Your key has not arrived

Your key will not activate
In most cases this is caused by an existing version of the software already installed on the machine. Removing it first usually resolves the problem. Send us the error message and we will walk you through it.
Having a billing problem?
Email us first. We can nearly always sort out an activation or delivery issue the same day, and if we cannot, we will refund you. A formal dispute takes considerably longer to resolve than we do.
About your statement: depending on how you paid, your card or PayPal statement may show one of our payment accounts, such as James Branch, Denys Morhun or SoftwareMall, rather than DigitalKeysBox. This is normal. If a charge looks unfamiliar, email us and we will confirm it right away.
