When you place an order or contact support, we collect:

Payment information
All payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including PayPal. We do not collect, see, or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. Payment transactions are handled directly by the payment provider under its own privacy policy and security standards. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the billing name and email associated with the order.
Order information
We keep a record of what you purchased, when, the product keys issued to your order, and any support correspondence relating to it. We need this record to reissue a key if yours stops working, to process refunds, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

- Our web hosting and helpdesk providers, who store the site and our support tickets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our customer list.
Email and the CAN-SPAM Act
We send two kinds of email. Order emails, which include your receipt, your product key and support replies, are part of the service you purchased and are sent to every customer. Marketing emails, which include offers and product news, are sent only to people who have bought from us or asked to hear from us.
In line with the CAN-SPAM Act, we commit to the following:
- We do not use false or misleading sender addresses or subject lines
- We include our physical mailing address in every marketing email
- We include a working unsubscribe link in every marketing email
- We action unsubscribe requests promptly, and in all cases within ten business days
- We monitor the email providers we use for compliance
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing message, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop order and support emails, since we need those to deliver what you bought.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep order records, including the product keys issued to you, for as long as needed to support the purchase and to satisfy our tax and accounting obligations. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Website analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics service we use.
Your Choices and Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information, except records we are required to keep, such as transaction history
- Stop sending you marketing email

California Residents
If you live in California, you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources it came from, the purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. You may also request deletion, subject to the record-keeping exceptions above.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies that may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. To opt out, email us at support@digitalkeysbox.com with the subject line "Do Not Share My Personal Information", or set the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Our website, order records and support systems are hosted on servers operated by our hosting and software providers. Some of these providers operate infrastructure in more than one country, which means your information may be stored or processed outside the country where you live, in a place whose data protection laws may differ from your own. By using the site and submitting your information, you agree to this. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely wherever it is held.
Security
We protect your information using encrypted connections, access controls and server hardening. No method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
