You will receive two emails: your purchase receipt, and a separate email containing your product key and the download instructions you need to install the product.

Unused keys
If you have not yet redeemed or activated your key, we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
Keys that will not activate
If your key does not work, contact us first. In most cases the cause is a conflicting installation or a wrong product edition, and we resolve it the same day. If we cannot get your product working, you get a replacement key or a full refund, your choice.
Keys already activated and working
Once a key has been successfully activated, it is tied to your device and cannot be resold, so we are not able to refund it. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, just ask us before you activate.
Before you activate: if you think you may have ordered the wrong product, the wrong edition, or the wrong platform, email us first. We will exchange it for the correct product at no charge. Once a key is activated, that option is gone.
